Hello! My name is Allyson and I come from Michigan, USA. I just moved to Germany with my husband who plays hockey professionally. I have always been passionate about working with kids, and hope to have my own someday! I have been a babysitter and occasional nanny since I was in high school (grade 9). I have worked with kids from ages 4 months - 10+ years old. I like to be patient with kids and encourage them to develop their skills and personalities. I like to be active and play games to entertain children, but will also be willing to assist with homework and household chores if needed. I have a college degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. My personal hobbies include cooking new foods and baking all sorts of things (bread, cakes, etc.). English is the only language I am fluent in, so I would be willing to help children build their knowledge and fluency in the English language. I took mandarin as my language in school so am able to speak a little bit of mandarin.
