My name is Aayda, originally from Morocco, and currently residing in Frankfurt, Germany.

With over 5 years of hands-on experience working with children, I have developed a profound passion for nurturing and supporting young minds as they grow, learn, and thrive. My journey began with a strong commitment to creating positive and enriching environments where children feel valued, safe, and inspired.

Previously, I had the privilege of serving as the Vice President of an association dedicated to disadvantaged kids. In this role, I gained extensive experience in childcare, community engagement, and leadership. I spearheaded initiatives to provide educational support, recreational activities, and emotional well-being programs for children facing challenging circumstances. Collaborating with parents, educators, and community leaders, I helped to create impactful projects that addressed the unique needs of each child, fostering resilience and confidence.

This role not only honed my organizational and interpersonal skills but also deepened my understanding of the diverse challenges children face. It solidified my belief that every child deserves an opportunity to reach their full potential, and it inspired me to continuously seek new ways to empower them. Whether through mentoring, organizing community events, or providing one-on-one support, I am dedicated to making a positive difference in their lives.

My hobbies include theatre and social work, which allow me to stay creative and engaged with my
community.
I am fluent in Arabic (my mother tongue), English and French, and I have beginner skills in German
and Spanish.
